01 How to Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your TOPIK Champ account:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Profile Settings
- Click “Delete Account”
- Confirm your request

02 What Happens After Deletion?
After deleting your account:
- Your profile information, including your name, phone number and display name, will be removed
- Your mock test attempts, answers, scores and exam history may be deleted permanently
- Your entries will no longer be identifiable on past event leaderboards
- Access to package content — mock tests, video lessons and reading materials — will end
- An active package ends and is not refunded. If you have a recurring bKash payment set up, check that it has stopped — you can cancel it yourself from your bKash app, as described in the Terms & Conditions
