• The display name you choose, which is what appears on event leaderboards
• Any other information you choose to share with us

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Service, certain information is collected automatically, including:

• IP address and device identifiers
• Browser type and operating system
• Usage data — mock tests started and submitted, the answers you select, your score, the time you spend on each question, which video lessons and reading materials you open, and your attempt history

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and unlock the content your package covers
• Deliver reading and listening mock tests under real EPS-TOPIK UBT timing and pass-mark rules
• Score your attempts and show you a question-by-question review of what you answered and what was correct
• Keep your exam history so you can compare one attempt against another
• Rank entries on the leaderboard for special event mocks (see below)
• Provide the interactive video lessons and the Bangla reading materials and blogs
• Improve the quality of our questions, explanations and lessons
• Provide customer support

Your routine mock test results are private to you. The one exception is special event mocks with a leaderboard: if you enter one, the display name on your account and the score you achieve are shown to other participants on that leaderboard. If you would rather not be identifiable there, change your display name before entering, or simply do not enter event mocks — the rest of the app works exactly the same either way.

03 Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With trusted service providers who help us operate our Service, such as bKash for payment processing.
• When disclosure is required by law, regulation, or enforceable governmental request.

04 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support team or by following the steps outlined on our Account Deletion page.

05 Age Requirement

TOPIK Champ prepares candidates for the EPS-TOPIK UBT examination, which is part of the process for overseas employment in the Republic of Korea and is open only to adults. The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us using the details below and we will delete it and the data associated with it.
